Return & Refund Policy – Seeksu Jewels

We want you to be happy with your Seeksu Jewels purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help you with a smooth return or exchange process.


Return & Exchange Timeframe

Returns: Within 3 business working days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges: Within 7 business working days from the date of delivery.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, Seeksu box/pouch, and any free gifts must be intact.
  • Return requests must be placed from the same delivery address used while ordering.
  • Sale / clearance / final price items are eligible only for exchange or store credit (no cash refund).
  • Personalized / engraved jewellery and gift cards are non-returnable, unless the product is damaged or incorrect on arrival.
  • If the customer orders the wrong ring size or metal, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange. However, we can resize or remake the item with applicable charges.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange by:

    (Please share your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.)

Steps:

  1. Submit your request with order details.
  2. Upload 2–3 clear photos of the product.
    • For damage or missing item issues, also upload the unboxing video.
  3. Select Refund or Exchange and confirm your pickup address.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • We arrange reverse pickup for most serviceable pin codes.
  • If your location is not serviceable, please self-ship the product using a trackable courier service.
  • We will reimburse up to ₹199 against a valid courier receipt.

Fees & Refund Process

  • Refund Mode:
    • Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method.
    • COD orders: Refunded to your UPI or bank account.
  • Return Handling Fee:
    A fee of ₹149 will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics and processing costs.
    (This fee is waived if we shipped a damaged or incorrect product.)
  • Offers / Combos / BOGO:
    • Partial returns from bundle offers will be refunded as Seeksu Wallet credit only.
    • Full returns of all items in the bundle will follow the standard refund process.
  • Processing Time:
    Refunds are processed within 3–5 business working days after the returned product passes quality check at our facility.
    (Banks may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.)

Exchange Policy

  • For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product after receiving your returned item and completing quality inspection.
  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your exchange request is approved and the new product is dispatched.

Damage, Missing Item or Tampering Claims

  • Any damage, missing item, or tampering issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share:
    • An unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
    • Clear photos of the product and outer shipping label.

If verified, we will arrange a free replacement, repair, or refund.


Return Packaging Guidelines

  • Please use the original Seeksu box/pouch and outer protective packaging.
  • Seal the package properly.
  • Include the invoice and any free gifts.

Note: Poor or loose packaging that results in damage during transit may lead to rejection of the return request.
