  • Manufacturing Time:
    • Standard manufacturing takes 5 – 6 business days.
    • Personalized or custom-made items may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Once the manufacturing is complete, your order will be delivered within 10 – 12  business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp, E-Mail, and SMS. This allows you to monitor the status of your delivery at your convenience.

4. Where we ship

  • India: All serviceable pin codes via trusted partners.
  • International: Select products and countries (DTP/DTU). Duties & taxes (if any) are payable by the recipient.

5. Delays & exceptions

  • Weather, local restrictions, festival congestion, or courier constraints may cause delays.
  • If your address becomes temporarily unserviceable, we’ll offer alternatives or a refund.

7. Address changes

  • Allowed before dispatch only. Post-dispatch changes aren’t guaranteed.

8. International orders
